DESIGN / DIALOGUE 2026 at DEN FRIE
DESIGN
Ark Journal presents the third edition of DESIGN / DIALOGUE, the annual exhibition of curated design and art, this year taking place at Den Frie Udstilling in Copenhagen.
During 3daysofdesign, DESIGN / DIALOGUE 2026 will bring together 25+ designers, artists, interior studios and lifestyle brands, turning the museum into a space for dialogue and cross-disciplinary exchange.
The 2026 edition envisions the distinctive surroundings of Den Frie Udstilling as a living backdrop through which visitors move between distinct atmospheres, each reflecting a commitment to material sensibility and artistic dialogue. Founded in 1891 as a bold response to the rigid and conservative structures of the academic art establishment, Den Frie Udstilling emerged as an independent platform championing artistic freedom and uncensored expression. It is in this very spirit of autonomy and progressive dialogue that the institution welcomes DESIGN/DIALOGUE this year.
